Our founder, Joshua Milgate, brings years of industry experience, having started his career as a Cadet Building Certifier working with his father before branching out to create his own practice focused on client service excellence.
Today, we’re proud to serve residential, commercial, and multi-residential projects with our small but highly experienced team. Every team member brings between 7-35 years of industry expertise, and we’ve maintained 100% staff retention since our inception.
